Copyright Agreement for ART VR Limited

ART VR Limited (“ART VR”), a company registered in England (Companies House registration number: 15753461) with its registered office at 20 Church Terrace, Old Glossop, Glossop, Derbyshire, England, SK13 7RL, provides this copyright agreement for users of its therapeutic virtual reality services.

 

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

ART VR owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in its services, including but not limited to:

  • Computer code and software.
  • Themes, objects, and characters.
  • Stories, dialogue, and concepts.
  • Artwork, animations, and audio-visual effects.
  • Musical compositions and sound effects.
  • Methods of operation and documentation.

 

All content is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. ART VR reserves all rights, including intellectual property rights, in connection with our services.

 

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, ART VR grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service solely for non-commercial, therapeutic purposes. This license is subject to the following conditions:

  1. You may only use ART VR supported equipment (e.g., Oculus 3) to access the Service.
  2. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.

 

Virtual Items and Currency

Any virtual items or currency within the Service are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable basis. You do not own these items, and they do not represent any real-world value or credit balance.

Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, modifying, or distributing any content from the Service.
  • Using the Service for commercial purposes
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or derive the source code of our software
  • Creating unauthorized connections to the Service.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service or other users’ enjoyment.

 

 

 

 

User-Generated Content

By submitting any content while using the Service, you grant ART VR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

 

Termination

ART VR reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, which will automatically terminate the license granted to you.

 

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ART VR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the UK. Any claims or disputes must be resolved exclusively by a court located in the UK.

 

By using ART VR’s services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this copyright agreement. ART VR is committed to protecting our intellectual property rights while providing therapeutic aid to support the wellbeing of our users.
